질문1.

Since I asked you about details of the schedule, I met and discussed with Eun-Ja, Kim regarding to fax or e-mail a copy of passport with picture to Korea for possible candidates. We found several friends are a little bit uncomfortable to fax the information to Korea because they never tried it before to overseas.
To make sure who is coming to Vancouver in USA, here is our suggestions.
For ladies, Eun-ja will contact friends in USA and ask them to send $100 check and a copy of driver license to her.
She will keep the non-refundable checks until she arrives in Vancouver to hand over to you guys. Instead of individual faxing of information, she will send all trip candidate's name to Korea. I will do samething to all boys in pacific area.
At this moment we expect around 10 ladies in USA and five couples and two single gentlemen in my territory will join the trip.
If you can approve our suggestions, please let us know.

Your suggestion is acceptable. I think all we have to learn yours and Eun-Ja's positive thinking. Please make it a little more clear if 22 people( 10-lady + 5-couple + 2-stag single) coming from there. Did you include Kim, Sang-Hoon's couple as the separate e-mail?

Hi Je-Hyuk,

According to the schedule, you people from Korea will arrive in Vancouver at 10:55 a.m. on May 31st and you said to go city tour at same time. Do you plan to go Vancouver city tour right after arrival instead of checking into the Hotel and eating lunch?

If you know, give the exact plan after first day arrival in Vancouver.

현재는 호텔에 check-in전에 관광예정이고 뻐스로 한국동문일행이 도착하면 pick-up하고 그 뻐스로 Sheraton Guildford Hotel에서 미주지역동문을 pick up 함으로서 합류할 예정임. 따라서 10:55AM이 landing시간임으로 버스가 호텔에 도착시간은 12시경이 될것으로 봄. 최종적인 schedule은 참석자가 확정된 후에 결정할 수밖에 없음을 참고 바랍니다. 준비위 백
